💧Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Viet Nam - Ben Thanh Brand (BIDV BTA) would like to inform the seizure of assets as follows:

- Area: 86,4 m² (In words: Eighty-six point four square meters);

- Form of use: Private use;

- Purpose of use: Land for living;

b.House:

💃- Address: No 538/34 Ly Thuong Kiet Street, Ward 7, Tan Binh District, HCM City;

- House construction area: 76,1 m²; Floor area: 265,2 m²

ꦦ- House Texture: Brick wall, tole roof, reinforce concrete floor, reinforce concrete + tole roof.

- Number of floors: 03 + mezzanine.

2. Ownership of Assets: Mr Lam Chi Cuong and Mrs Lam Minh Phung.

3. Reasons for seizure๊: Dispose security assets to recover debts as agreed in the Mortgage Contract signed between the parties and according to the provisions of law.

4. Time of seizure: 🐷from 10h00’ on 09/03/2022 to until the completion of the actual seizure.

5. Place of seizure:🐲 No 538/34 Ly Thuong Kiet Street, Ward 7, Tan Binh District, HCM City;

6. Period for seizing and keeping: As from the time of seizing and keeping until collateral property is disposed, auctioned to assist ﷺJoint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Ben Thanh Branch recover debt or until Borrower fully pays debt.

7. The cost for disposing collateral property:🍰 Using appraisal result of agency, organization have competence for appraisement. Expenses for renting agency, organization have competence for appraisement will be calculated into the cost for disposing collateral property.

8. Disposition method: 𒐪Auction sale will be carried out through organization have competence for auction appointed by Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Ben Thanh Branch.
