Application documents include: - Legal documents of the enterprise. - Description of capacity and experience. - Related documents as mentioned in Section 4 of this announcement, and other commitments (if any). Note: - Applications are automatically invalid if the auction organization is not legally permitted to operate according to the law. - BIDV – Debt Settlement Center will issue a written notice to the selected auction organization. Organizations not receiving a response will be considered as not selected. Application documents will not be returned.
