1. Information about assets: Certificate of land use rights, the ownership of residential houses or assets attached to land No.BB 333648 issued by Chuong My District People’s Committee, on 07 May 2010 for Mr Van Nguyen Tai and Mrs Hien Do Thi 2. Application deadline: Deadline for submission of dossiers is 07 days from the date of notification (dossiers sent by post are calculated by postmark provided that BIDV Thai Ha must receive within 10 days from the date of notice). 3. Place of submitting files: - The Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment & Development of Vietnam – Thai Ha Branch, located at: The Golden Palm, No 21 Le Van Luong, Nhan Chinh, Thanh Xuan district, Ha Noi City.

Selection criteria: -   Having legally property auction function. -   Selected enterprises must be on the public list of price appraising enterprises eligible for price appraisal activities of the Ministry of Private Law -   Having at least 3 years of operation. -   Having at least 03 auctioneers -   Other criteria as required by the branch. 5. Application documents: -   Enterprise legal document. -   Enterprise capacity and experience profile. -   Quotation and other commitments of auction organization (if any) -   Other profiles according to the Branch’s requirements. *   Notes: -   This notification automatically becomes invalid in case  auction organizer is not permitted to conduct the auction in accordance with the laws. -    BIDV Thai Ha shall send a written notice of the result to the selected auction organization; Those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the application of unselected organizations.
