2. Deadline for application submission:

The deadline for direct application submission is 5 days from the date of notification ( date off documents submitted by post shall be determined by postmark, but must be delivered to BIDV Ha Thanh no later than 7 days from the date of notification).

4. Selection criteria:

- Obtaining material facilities, essential equipment to ensure the auction for the type of auctioned property. - Obtaining a feasible and effective auction plan. - Obtaining appropriate remuneration for auction service, property auction costs. - Having ability, experience and prestige in auction activities. - Having named as one of the auction organization list which was published by the Ministry of Finance. - Having operated for at least 3 years. - Having at least 3 auctioneers.

5. Documents required:

- Enterprise legal document. - Enterprise capacity and experience profile. - Bidding letter, related documents according to Section 4 of this Notice and other commitments of the auction organization (if any) * Note: - Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law. - BIDV Ha Thanh shall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the applications of the unselected organization. - Documents of the units sent to BIDV Ha Thanh in the eligible list according to Official Letter No. 1648 / BIDV.HTH-KHCN2 dated June 15, 2020 are still reserved for the purpose of auction selection.
