Address: 35 Hang Voi street, Hoan Kiem district, Hanoi - Property to be auctioned: Bebt of Truong Phat Trading and Service Joint Stock Company - The debt of Truong Phat Trading and Service Joint Stock Company is guaranteed by: + Land use rights and assets associated with land in 2-4 Đội Nhân street, Ba Dinh district, Ha Noi city, land area: 834m2 + CHM A4-4 paper production line and automatic strapping machine - Reserve price: VND 105,656,000,000  (in words: One hundred and five billion, six hundred and fifty six million Vietnamese dongs) 2. Selection criteria: Organizations registering to participate in auction must meet the criterion specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Property Auction and the following criteria: - Having at least 03 auctioneers. - Having at least 3 years of operation. - Other requirements by BIDV

3. Deadline for application submission:

Application deadline is seven (07) days from the date of notification (during office hours).

5. Application includes:

- Organization legal documents - A written description of competence and experience. - Price quotation, other commitments of the auction organization (if any). Note: - Registration documents shall automatically become invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law. - BIDV will issue a written notice of the result to the selected property auction organization, those not being selected will not receive such notice. BIDV will not return the documents to the unselected organizations.
