Registration documents include: - Enterprise legal documents.  - Description of capacity and experience.  - Auction letter, related documents under Section 4 of this Notice and other commitments of the auction organization (if any).  * Note: - The default registration dossier expires in case the auction organization is not auctioned under the provisions of law, - BIDV Tay Ho will notify the result in writing to the auction organization selected, the entities that are not notified of the result are understood as not selected, BIDV Tay Ho does not return applications to those who are not selected.
