🤪Area: 11,990,5m2, (In words: Eleven thousand, nine hundred and ninety, point five square meters).

Purpose of use: Land in urban areas.

Shelf life: long – term

🍒Origin of use: The State allocates land with the collection of land use fees.

2. Deadline for submission:

🅘Deadline for direct submission is 05 days from the date of notification (documents submitted by post are calculated according to the postmark, provided that BIDV Distric 3 HCMC Branch must receive it within 07 days from date of notice).

4. Selection criteria:

♈            An organization registering to participate in an auction must satisfy the criteria specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Property Auction Law and the following criteria:

- Having the function of property auction.

- Have at least 03 years of operation.

- There are at least 03 auctioneers.

✨- Have at least 03 branches/representative offices.

5. Documents required:

- Enterprise legal document.

- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

💜- Price quotation and other commitments of the price appraisal enterprise (if any).

* Note:

🔯- Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the price appraisal enterprise is not permitted to perform appraisal of prices by law.

🦩- BIDV District 3 HCMC shall send a written notice of the results to the selected price appraisal enterprise; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed to be unselected. BIDV District 3 HCMC do not return the application of unselected organization.
