1. List of properties at auction: Asset: Means of transport of Thuan Dat Joint Stock Company, as follows: + 01 Mercedes-Benz brand car, type: C250, manufactured in 2016; Supervisory Board: 19A-138.28 + 01 Truck (with roof), Chenglong brand, manufactured in 2017; Supervisory Board: 19C-151.93 Starting price of property auction: VND2,350,000,000 (Two billion, three hundred and fifty million dong). The starting price does not include costs related to the transfer of ownership/use of the property, registration fees and other costs (if any) when making a property purchase, these costs are borne by the winner.

2. Deadline for submission:
🌳 Deadline for direct submission is after 05 days from the date of notification (documents submitted by post are calculated according to the postmark, provided that BIDV Phu Tho must receive them within 7 days from the date of notification)

4. Selection criteria:

- Facilities and equipment necessary to ensure the auction of the auctioned asset.
- Feasible and effective auction plan.
- The ability, experience and reputation of the property auction organization.
- Appropriate remuneration for auction services and property auction expenses.
- Being included in the list of property auction organizations announced by the Ministry of Justice.
- Having at least 03 years of operation,

- Having at least 03 auctioneers. 5. Registration documents:

- Company legal documents.
- Description of company’s ability and experience.
ꦫ - Auction letter, related documents according to Section 4 of this Notice and other commitments of the auction organization (if any).

Note:

- The registration documents is automatically invalidated in case the auction organization is not allowed to auction by the laws.
🌟 - BIDV Phu Tho will send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization, those who are not notified of the results are not selected. Documents of unselected organizations are not returned.
