BIDV Ninh Binh announces the 1st asset auction

1. Auction property: - Advantage value of land use right and property attached to land according to the Certificate of land use right, ownership of the house and other property attached to the land, number BP 851187, registrar number of the Certificate CT02051 issued by the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Ninh Binh province issued on October 6th, 2014. 2. Land user: - Land plot number: 63, map sheet number: 36 - Address: Tan Thanh ward, Ninh Binh city, Ninh Binh province - Area: 2.980m2 - Mode of use: Private use - Purpose of use: Land of non-agricultural production establishments - Expiry date: Until the end of June 24th, 2063 - Origin of use: The land leased by the Government with annual payment

2. Auction:

- Auction company: Viet Auction Partnership Company. - Starting price: VND 22,283,000,000 (In words: Twenty-two billion, two hundred and eighty-three million dong). - The starting price does not include costs related to the transfer of ownership/use of the property, registration fees and other costs (if any) when making the purchase of the property, such costs will be borne by the auction winner. - Price step: VND 20,000,000 (In words: Twenty million dong). - Deposit for auction participation: VND 2,228,300,000 (In words: Two billion, two hundred and twenty-eight million, three hundred thousand dong).

3. Time, location, conditions, and method of registering for auction participation:

- Auction registrants who do not fall into the cases specified in Clause 4, Article 38 of the Law on Property Auction in 2016 shall purchase documents, submit dossiers and pay a deposit as prescribed.

5. Time and method of paying the auction deposit:

- Time: Within 3 working days from October 26th, 2022 to before 17:00 on October 28th, 2022. - Method of paying the auction deposit: Transfer money to the deposit receiving account of Sao Viet Auction Partnership Company. - Conditions for auction participation: Individuals and organizations with needs and financial capabilities may participate in registration, except for the cases specified in Clause 4, Article 38 of the Law on Property Auction No. 01/2016/QH14 promulgated on November 17th, 2016.
