Organizations registering for auction must meet the criteria specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Property Auction and the following criteria: - Having functions of property auction activities. - Having the minimum operating time of 03 years. - Having at least 06 auctioneers. - Locating in Vinh City, Nghe An and 03 representative offices - Having experiences in auctioning property of BIDV
