Selection criteria: - An organization registering for auction must meet the criteria specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Property Auction and the following criteria: - Having property auction function. - Having the minimum operating time of 03 years. - There are at least 03 auctioneers. - There are at least 03 branches / representative offices. - Reasonable cost, quick procedure. 5.
