Deadline for application submission: The deadline for direct submission is 07 days from the date of notification (documents submitted by post will be counted according to the postmark, provided that BIDV Long Bien Hanoi must receive it within a week  within 07 days from the date of notification).  3. Selection criteria: - Necessary facilities and equipment to secure the auction for the type of auctioned asset.  - The auction plan is feasible and effective.  - Capacity, experience and reputation of the asset auction organization.  - Remuneration for auction services, appropriate property auction costs.  - Being named in the list of asset auction organizations announced by the Ministry of Justice.  - Has a minimum operating period of 3 years.  - There are at least 03 auctioneers.  - Having at least 03 branches and representative offices.  5. Registration documents include: - Legal documents of the enterprise, - Description of capacity and experience, - Letter of quotation, related documents according to Section 4 of this Notice, other commitments of the organization auction (if any). * Note: - The registration dossier is automatically invalidated in case the auction organization is not allowed to fake it as prescribed by law.  - BIDV Long Bien Hanoi will send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization, those who are not notified of the results are considered not selected, BIDV Long Bien Hanoi will not return the documents with unselected units
