4. Criteria for selection of auction organization Auction organizations must meet the criteria specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Assets Auction and other following criteria: - Necessary facilities and equipment to secure the auction for the type of asset to be auctioned. - The auction plan is feasible and effective. - Capacity, experience and reputation of the asset auction organization. - Remuneration for auction services, appropriate property auction costs. - Being named in the list of auction organizations announced by the Ministry of Justice. - Having at least 3 years of operation. - Having at least 03 auctioneers. - Other criteria at the request of the Branch 5. Documents for registration - Organization’s legal document. - A written description of the organization’s capabilities and experience. - Price quotation, relevant documents according to Section 4 of this selection, and other commitments of auction organization (if any) - Other documents at the request of the Branch *Note: - Application documents shall automatically become invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law. - BIDV Hanoi branch shall issue a written notice of the result to the selected auction organization; those not received such notice are deemed as not selected.
