Application documents including: - Legal documents. - Description of capacity and experience. - Letter of offering price, relevant documents as specified in Section 4 of this Statement, other commitments of auction organization (if any). * Notes: - Application documents shall be automatically invalid if the auction organization is not permitted to auction in accordance with the applicable law. - BIDV - Dong Hanoi shall provide a written notice of results to selected auction organization, and those who are not provided notices shall be deemed as not selected, BIDV - Dong Hanoi shall not return documents to unsuccessful companies.
