4. Selection criteria: The selected organization must be listed on Ministry of Finance's public list of eligible asset auction organizations. The selected asset auction organizations is not forbidden by the Law. Priority in selecting the list of auction organizations issued by BIDV and the auction organization has best price. 5. Documents required: Enterprise legal document. Enterprise capacity and experience profile. Price quotation and other commitments of the price appraisal enterprise (if any). *Note: Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the price appraisal enterprise is not permitted to perform appraisal of prices by law. BIDV Dong Do shall send a written notice of the results to the selected price appraisal enterprise; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed to be unselected. BIDV Dong Do do not return the application of unselected organization.
