Time of application submission: The time-limit for direct submitting is 03 days starting from the date of notice (the date which the files were submitted via mailing is attested by date on postmark, provided that they were submitted to BIDV Dong Do within 05 days starting from the date of notice). 3. 4. Selection criteria: - Facilities and equipment necessary to ensure the auction of the auctioned asset. - Feasible and effective auction plan. - The capacity, experience and reputation of the property auction organization. - Appropriate remuneration for auction services and property auction expenses. - Is included in the list of property auction organizations announced by the Ministry of Justice. - Operate at least 03 years. - There are at least 03 auctioneers. - Other suitable criteria at the request of the Unit: Priority in selecting the list of auction organizations issued by BIDV (Priority is given to units that have successfully signed contracts with BIDV) 5. Documents required: - Corporate legal documents. - Description of capacity and experience. - Auction letter, related documents under Section 4 of this Notice, other commitments of the auction organization (if any) *Notes: - Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law. - BIDV Dong Do shall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the applications of the unselected organization.
