Selection criteria: - Auction organization: Facilities and equipment must be secured the auction for the type of auctioned asset. - Feasible and effective auction plan - Capacity, experience and reputation of the asset auction organization progress suitable to request of BIDV.  - Remuneration for auction services and property auction costs must be appropriated - Being on the list of asset auction organizations announced by the Ministry of Justice.    - Has a minimum operating period of 3 years.  - There are at least 03 auctioneers being working in organization. 5. Registration includes: - Legal documents of Appraisal Organization.. - A description of competence and experience. - Price quote, relevant documents according to Section 4 of this Notice, other commitments of the auction organization (if any). * Note: - The registration dossier automatically expires in case the auction organization is not allowed to auction according to the provisions of law. - BIDV Dong Da will send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization, those who are not notified of the results are considered not selected, BIDV Dong Da will not return the registration dossier with unselected organizations.
