Selection criteria: Organizations registering to participate in auctions must meet the criteria specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Property Auction and the following criteria: - Necessary infrastructure and equipment required for the property opted for auction. - Accomplishable and efficient auction plan. - Capacity, acquirements and reputation of the property auction organization. - Have suitable price. - Being on the list of property auction organizations announced by the Ministry of Justice. - Have operated for at least 3 years. - Have at least 3 auctioneers. 5. Registration dossier includes:  - Legal document of corporation - Description of company profile, experiences - Letter of Offer, related documents according to Section 4, other commitments of auction Enterprise (if any). *Note: - Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law. - BIDV DBSCL shall send a notice of the results to the selected auction organization; others who are not informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful.
