4. Selection criteria:

• The selected organization must be listed on Ministry of Finance's public list of eligible asset auction organizations
• The selected organization is not forbidden by the Law
• Organizations whose branches/representative offices in Ho Chi Minh City are preferable.

 5. Application documents:

• Enterprise legal document.
• Enterprise capacity and experience profile.
• Price quotation and other commitments of the price appraisal enterprise (if any).

Note:

• Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the price appraisal enterprise is not permitted to perform appraisal of prices by law.
•  BIDV Chau Thanh Sai Gon shall send a written notice of the results to the selected price appraisal enterprise; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed to be unselected. BIDV Chau Thanh Sai Gon do not return the application of unselected organization.
