Time for submission: The time-limit for direct submitting is 07 days starting from the date of notice (the date which the files were submitted via mailing is attested by date on postmark, provided that they are submitted to BIDV Ban Me within 09 days starting from the date of notice). 3. Selection criteria: Organizations registering to participate in auction must meet the criterion specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Property Auction and the following criteria: - Having legally property auction function. - Having at least 3 years of operation. - Having at least 03 auctioneers. - Having at least 03 branches/representative offices. - Reasonable auction costs and remuneration for auction services. - Other criterion stated by the authorized entity. 5. Application documents: - Enterprise legal document. - Enterprise capacity and experience profile. - Quotation and other commitments of auction organization (if any) - Other profiles according to the Branch’s requirements * Note: - Application documents of the unselected organizations will automatically be expired. - BIDV Ban Me will issue a written notice of the result to the selected property auction organization, those not being selected will not receive such notice. BIDV Ban Me will not return the documents to the unselected organizations.
