Selection criteria: - Selected enterprises must be on the public list of valuation enterprises eligible for price appraisal activities of the Ministry of Finance. - The selected valuation enterprise does not fall into the case of price appraisal under the Law on Price and its guiding documents. - Low cost, quick procedure. -  Other criteria as requested by the Branch 5. Registration dossier includes: - Legal documents of Appraisal Organization.. - A description of competence and experience. - Letter of offer, other commitments of the auction organization (if any). * Note: - Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law. - BIDV Bac Ha Noi shall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the applications of the unselected organization.
