1.Asset name: Debt of Viet Nhat Steel Joint Stock Company to BIDV Hai Phong at BIDV Hai Phong (hereinafter referred to as “Debts”), including all principal balance and outstanding balance of interest, fees incurred up to the date of the debt sales transaction. Total outstanding balance as of May 23, 2022 is 447.327.471.484 VND, of which principal balance is 194.159.850.677 VND, interest balance is 253.167.620.807  VND. - Debts are auctioned according to their status in terms of outstanding balance, legal status, potential risks, collaterals of the Debts, Debt records, dispute status, Debt quality,... and all other issues and factors related to the Debts at the time of being put up for auction. * Information about debts a) Name of the debtor: Viet Nhat Steel Joint Stock Company (hereinafter referred to as the “Debtor”). b) Address: Km9, Highway 5,  Hung Vuong ward, Hong Bang district, Hai Phong city. c) Legal representative: Nguyen Văn Binh – Position: chairman of the board d) Business registration certificate No. 0200289981 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Hai Phong City for the first time on December 8th, 1998, and changed for the 15th time on December 8th, 2014. * Security measures for the debtor's payment obligation for the Debts include the following security transactions:

i) Mortgage contract No. 273/2010/HĐTC dated June 29, 2010. The collateral
is the land use right and construction works on land at parcel number 187, map sheet No. D-15BK: 9B Cement - Address: No. 159 Bach Dang, Hong Bang, Hai Phong according to the Certificate received house ownership and residential land use rights, original application No.1650 issued by Hai Phong City People's Committee on February 13, 1999 to Mr. Nguyen Van Binh.
ii) Mortgage contract No. 270/2010/HĐTC dated June 29, 2010. The collateral
is the whole property attached to the land at Steel Milling Factory - Km 9, Highway 5, Quan Toan, Hong Bang, Hai Phong including: Office, HPS steel mill factory, weighing house and sales booth , factory equipment foundation system, 35KV transmission line and transformer station, storage yard for materials, product yard No. 1, garage according to the Land Use Right Certificate No. AD 789758 issued by Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Hai Phong City on March 6, 2009 to Viet Nhat Steel Joint Stock Company.
iii) Mortgage contract No. 272/2010/HĐTC dated June 29, 2010. The collateral
is a Toyota Camry GLI, license
plate: 16K-7084, 05 seats, made in Japan in 1998 according to Car Registration Certificate No. A0009048 issued by the Hai phong city’s Public Security dated January 13, 1999.
 
iv) Mortgage contract No. 271/2010/HĐTC dated June 29, 2010. Collateral includes: 1. Mercedes E240 05-seat passenger car, license plate :16H-3889, black paint, manufactured in Vietnam in 2002 according to Vehicle Registration Certificate No. 0002005 established by the Hai phong city’s Public Security issued on December 6, 2002; 2. Freightlin white tractor, license plate 16L-0220, manufactured in the US in 1995 according to Vehicle Registration Certificate No. 0013959 issued by Hai phong city’s Public Security on July 21, 2005 (currently, BIDV Hai Phong does not inspect it. property); 3. Kato KR22H wheel crane, blue, license plate: 15LA-0458, made in Japan in 1994 according to the Certificate of registration of special-use motorcycles No. 030/2008 XMCD issued by the Department of Transport Hai Phong public communication issued on February 1st, 2008; 4. Kobelco wheeled crane, yellow, license plate: 15LA-0387, made in Japan in 1991 according to the Certificate of registration of special-use motorcycles No. 155/2009 XMCD issued by the Department of Transport of Hai Phong city issued on August 7th, 2009
v) Mortgage contract No. 274/2010/HĐTC dated June 29, 2010. The collateral is an International yellow tractor, license plate 16H3892, manufactured in the US in 1992 according to the Vehicle Registration Certificate No. 0013178 issued by the Hai phong city’s Public Security on May 20, 2005 (currently BIDV Hai Phong could not inspect the property).
vi) Mortgage contract No. 269/2010/HĐTC dated June 29, 2010. Collateral includes: 1. Toyota Hiace 16 seats, blue color, license plate: 16H-2466, manufactured in Vietnam in 2002 according to the vehicle registration certificate No. 0000110 issued by the Hai phong city’s Public Security on March 19, 2002; 2. Bar rolling line, chimney kiln assembly, FO oil tank, automatic control system, power and intermediate transformer, wire rolling transformer, 10 ton crane, M166 lathe, 6M13P milling machine , 1K62 lathe, 2 ton scale on wire rolling line, 100 ton electronic scale, E500*3000MN lathe, wire rolling line, 10 ton Formach gantry crane, steel compression testing machine, German oil cutting machine 10KW-630A , furnace blanking machine, A1200M01.03.00 reducer, A915 gearbox for power transmission, tooth coupling Z46M10M01.02,000, rolling shaft, electrical and control cable system, fire protection and fighting system .
* Information of disputes related to the Debt:

a) At the time of this auction notice, BIDV is participating in the settlement of disputes related to the Debts in the case "Dispute on credit contract" at the People's Court of District Hong Bang, Haiphong City. Status and progress of dispute settlement: Currently, BIDV is participating in the settlement according to the provisions of the law on civil proceedings. b) For other disputes, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of  Vietnam has no information yet. 2.Owner of auctioned asset: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Hai Phong Branch(BIDV Hai Phong). Reserve price: 148.174.874.181VND (In words: One hundred and forty-eight billion, one hundred and seventy-four million, eight hundred and seventy-four thousand, one hundred and eighty-oneVietnamese dong). The original price does not include costs related to the transfer of ownership/use of assets, registration fees and other costs (if any) when purchasing the Debts, these costs shall be borne by the successful auction person.
