Notice on technical evaluation result of the TA Package ADB-BIDV-1.1 “Business development solutions to support small and medium-sized enterprises” under the Project “Mainstreaming small and medium-sized enterprises” (TA 9910 – VIETNAM).

First of all, we would kindly express sincere thanks for your interest and great effort to prepare your proposals to the TA package ADB-BIDV-1.1 “Business development solutions to support SMEs” under the Project “Mainstreaming small and medium-sized enterprises” funded by ADB. Based on no objection from ADB on 04/08/2021 to the detailed technical evaluation to this package prepared by BIDV, we would kindly inform the technical evaluation results as follows:

Rejected consulting firms:

Joint venture Inno-Change International Consulting firms, Inc (IIC); ASEAN Development and Management Consulting Ltd (ASEC); Asian Management and Development Institute (AMDI) – total given technical score is 746.36 below the minimum technical score of 750/1000.
✃ KIU Global Co., Ltd - not meeting basic requirements as in the issued Request for Proposal (RFP) when submitting its Proposal.

We would regretfully inform that you are not selected for the next round of evaluating financial proposals. After completing the selection process and contract signing, your financial proposals will be returned and unopened as regulated. We would hope to have opportunity to work with you for future cooperation.

These are consulting firms are selected for the next round of opening financial proposals and detailed financial evaluation due to meeting the total minimum technical score as required in the issued RFP. The total technical scores to these consulting firms will be read out at the opening session of financial proposals.  

Notice of opening financial proposals:

Due to the outbreak of Covid-19 being extremely complicated and the Government's request on social distancing according to the Directive No.16 in Hanoi, we would kindly inform that the online meeting will be held to open financial proposals at14:00 -15:30 p.m on 06/8/2021 (Friday, Vietnamese hour). We would kindly inform the above technical evaluation to this package and invite your representative(s) that have achieved the total minimum technical score to attend the opening session of financial proposal as informed above. Once again, we would kindly thank to your cooperation in the recent time.
