On 27/10/2011, the State Bank of Vietnam issued the Decision No. 2354/QD-NHNN on ranking first-class enterprises for 16 branches and operation centers of the Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam BIDV.

As such, 16 branches and operation centers of BIDV that are ranked the first-class enterprises include: Bank for Investment and Development of Hai Phong, Bank for Investment and Development of Gia Lai, Bank for Investment and Development of Ba Ria – Vung Tau, Bank for Investment and Development of Saigon, Bank for Investment and Development of Hanoi, Bank for Investment and Development of Ho Chi Minh City, Bank for Investment and Development of Da Nang, Bank for Investment and Development of Binh Dinh, Bank for Investment and Development of Quang Binh, Bank for Investment and Development of Ha Thanh, Bank for Investment and Development of North Hanoi, Bank for Investment and Development of Dong Nai, Bank for Investment and Development of Binh Duong, Operation center 1, Operation center 2, Operation center 3.

Also in this Decision, the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam provided for salary assignation and leadership allowance under the first-class enterprise for leaders and managers of the above branches as from 01/01/2011 According to the website of the State Bank of Vietnam
