Bangkok, Thailand, September 14, 2015 - BIDV Securities Joint Stock Company (BSC) was honored with two awards “Best Bond House” and “Best Equity House”, Vietnam 2015 by Alpha Southeast Asia – a prestigious financial magazine in the region.

​In late August this year in Hong Kong, BSC was also awarded “Vietnam’s Best Debt Capital Market House” by Finance Asia – the No.1 financial magazine in Asia.

Best Bond House

BSC successfully bookran and arranged nearly VND22 trillion of corporate bonds for big economic corporations, leading enterprises in the 2014-2015 period.Notable transactions include: underwriting VND3,000 billion of Ho Chi Minh city government bonds, consultancy for the issuance of VND3,000 billion bonds of Vietnam National Coal - Mineral Industries Holdings Corporation Limited (Vinacomin), and VND1,250 billion bonds of Song Da Corporation, to name a few.On the government bond market, in 2014 and Q1-2015, BSC continued to be the market leader in brokerage market share and tender market share.

Best Equity House

In the 2014 - 2015 period, BSC focused on large corporate customers, conducting big deals including: consultancy for the equitization and IPO of Vietnam Airlines, Vietnam National Textile and Garment Group (Vinatex), equitization of Airports Corporation of Vietnam (ACV).It is the second year in a row BSC has received the awards from Alpha Southeast Asia magazine. In 2014, BSC was also honored with “Best Investment Bank in Vietnam” award.
