To assist customers in managing term deposit accounts, BIDV offers a waiver of BSMS fee for 6 months to individual term depositors registering BSMS service from 01 August 2019.

By using BSMS service, customers can track deposit transactions (including term deposits, savings deposits, and deposit certificates) via SMS sent to their registered telephone number, particularly:

1. Checking account balance:

Customers compose text format “TKTIETKIEM xxx ppp”, where xxx is the term deposit account number, ppp is password (if any), and send it to 8149.
