BIDV has launched short term and medium - long term credit packages totaling VND 200,000 billions for retail customers serving business and consumption purposes. With preferential interest rate from 4.5% p.a. only, the two packages are offered from now to 31 December 2024.

VND 100,000 billion short-term business loan package Accordingly, the short-term business loan package with preferential interest rate is offered until 30 April, 2024 with the following details: Customers who apply for green business loan towards sustainable development and satisfy the requirements below will be eligible for preferential interest rates from 4.5% p.a. only for short-term loans (less than 12 months) and from 5.5% p.a. for medium-long term loans (12 months or longer): - Retail loans for installation or trading of rooftop solar/wind energy products; or - Retail loans for realizing business plans (including fixed assets and working capital)/trading products and services that meet one of the following conditions: + Holding a domestic or international certificate of good farming, animal husbandry and aquaculture practices (VIETGAHP, VIETGAP, GLOBALGAP, BAP), or + Holding a domestic or international certificate of safe food supply chain standards (VIETGAP, GLOBALGAP, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, SQF), or + Holding a domestic or international certificate of good seafood processing standards (VIETGAP, GLOBALGAP, SQF, ASC, HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000), or + Holding an OCOP certificate, or + Meeting national standard on organic farming and animal husbandry (TCVN 11041:2017), or + Meeting national standard on environmental management system 14001, or + Achieving Vietnam Ecolabel or Environmental Label following TCVN ISO/TS 14027, or + Holding equivalent certificates/labels issued by international organizations and countries that have signed mutual recognition agreements with Vietnam. VND 100,000 billion medium & long-term consumer loan package Customers who apply for medium & long term loan for purposes such as house purchase, car purchase, consumption, and business purpose collateralized by real estate will be eligible for preferential interest rates from 6% p.a. with the following details: Notes: Lending interest rates are subject to change based on loan size and locations, etc. With a loan term of up to 30 years and loan limit of up to 100% of capital needs, BIDV is always willing to support and advise customers on the most preferential loan packages.
