Within the framework of the year-end card promotion “Colorful Festival”, BIDV offer a waiver of domestic debit cards issuance fee, a reward of up to VND 60,000 for new cardholders maintaining a positive account balance of VND200,000 or more, and an extra gift of VND 20,000 for all customers using mobile app BIDV Pay+. 1. Promotion period: From 5 November 2019 to 19 April 2020

2. Eligibility:

- Customers issue new BIDV domestic debit cards  (except for Etrans cards linked to USD accounts) - BIDV domestic debit cardholders (existing and new ones) who register for BIDV Pay+ service during the promotion period.

3. Promotion mechanism:

- Incentive 1: ♔Free card issuance fee and first annual fee. No payment needed for account balance for first account opened and card registered.

- Incentive 2: ෴Harmony cardholders will get VND 60,000 and other domestic debit cardholders will get VND 30,000 if having earliest issued cards weekly during the promotion period and maintaining valid balance.

- Incentive 3:⛎ (applicable to existing and new domestic debit cardholders who register for BIDV Pay+ service): BIDV Pay+ customers who make earliest financial transactions (cash withdrawal, payment via BIDV Pay+) each week will get VND 20,000.

- Incentive 4:♊ Lucky draw to new domestic debit cardholders during promotion period making valid financial transactions and/or whose debit balance of the first account linked to the card meets the promotion conditions.
