Reservation Steps:

1. Step 1:ꦚ Cardholder calls the Hotline and provides the following details: Full name, phone number, BIDV JCB Well-Being or BIDV JCB Ultimate card number (first 6 and last 4 digits), and reservation request.

2. Step 2:༺ The call center checks table availability and informs the cardholder of the terms and conditions.

3. Step 3:♛ The call center sends a confirmation email once the reservation is successfully made.

4. Step 4:🍌 The cardholder arrives at the restaurant, enjoys the offer, and pays the remaining amount using their BIDV JCB Well-Being or BIDV JCB Ultimate card.

• All reservations and any changes to the date/time are subject to the restaurant's availability and scheduling.

• The Dining Program will not😼 process requests for reservations that have been made directly with the restaurant.
